The project is for a new stadium in Co. Clare comissioned for the Gaelic Athletic Association and named after Michael Cusack, founder of the Association . Capacity is 28,000. Accomodation is mostly in single tier format. VIP and Press are segregated at upper levels with direct access to hospitality facility and new Country Board administration facilities. The external imagery is one of simplicity and elegance. On the skyline the engineering tracery of steel structures intermesh naturally with the sky which together with pearl colour cladding over local stone create an effect of festivity and lightness.
