organisation:The practice organises and deploys resources on a horizontal management system with architectural teams, selected to develop projects based on experience and particular skills. In organisation terms project are lead by the Director in Charge, who in this office has a very hands-on approach to the brief, brief development planning, design and procurement. Key project personnel are selected, and involved at the outset, and a team nucleus is established comprising the Director in Charge and the Project Architect, who will either be a Practice Associate or experienced Senior Architect. The team structure is developed to respond to the project needs which vary throughout project design stages. Resources are increased and experience levels are changed post planning and into information production stage. The team nucleus is retained throughout as are the Director in Charge, Associate or Project Architect, Architect and Architectural Technician. Our policy on management is to deploy resources, to meet the skill demands
of the specific project, while maintaining a consistency with key team
members retained throughout the project duration. |
